Lene on Me Home Healthcare LLC founded in 2022 in memory of the late Earlene Hamilton who lived for taking care of everyone. We take pride in assisting our patients in the name of our Mother Lene

Eligibility….

  • Reside in St. Louis County, St. Louis City and  St. Charles County
  •  Medicaid eligible
  •  18 years of age or older
  •  Able to direct your own self-care/services

Who can work for you….

  • Friends
  • Children
  • Relatives 
  • Attendant must pass a background check compliant with Missouri State Family Care Safety Registry. 
  • Spouses are excluded
